Kort fortalt kan vi si at biceps har to hoder som er ansvarlige for \u00e5 b\u00f8ye albuen og rotere underarmen. De andre delene hjelper til med \u00e5 b\u00f8ye albuen og bidrar til armens form og styrke.  <\/span><\/p><p><b>Triceps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Tricepsmuskelen, eller triceps brachii, best\u00e5r av tre hoder: det lange, det mediale og det laterale hodet. Disse hodene jobber sammen for \u00e5 strekke albuen og er viktige for bevegelser som \u00e5 skyve noe bort fra kroppen.
